Our history
Offorte's roots trace back to 2001 when our parent company, Dvotion, was established as a boutique digital agency. Throughout the years, Dvotion gained recognition for its expertise in web design and software development, crafting visually stunning and interactive websites and applications for esteemed clients and startups.
With a proven track record of delivering exceptional digital experiences, it was in 2010 that Offorte was born as a brainchild of Dvotion. We were frustrated with creating proposals using archaic software. We wanted to amaze potential customers and truly show them how our services could help them. That's why we took the initiative to unlock the power of the online realm, transforming proposals into captivating and interactive experiences.
In the beginning the adoption started slowly as proposals are an afterthought for many companies. But thanks to persistence and innovating Offorte grew and in 2015 the company decided to sell its agency activities and focus solely on the potential of Offorte. Since then, our commitment to excellence in proposal software has only grown stronger, fueled by the success and expertise developed through the years.
Gone are the days of static documents and mundane presentations. Offorte has introduced a new era of proposal creation, combining beautiful designs, video integrations, statistical insights, and automation to create quotes that captivate customers and surpass the competition.

Our founder
The inspiration behind Offorte: Meet Dennis Wiemer, our founder. He is a seasoned software craftsman with more than 20 years of experience in web technologies. An entrepreneur with a talent for solving complex problems and creating ingenious solutions. Some of the clients Dennis has worked for include Rabobank, Kpn, Philips, Oce, SAP, and MTV. Moreover, he has founded multiple successful startups.
During his entrepreneurship, Dennis quickly realized that there was a lack of good alternatives to take traditional proposals to the next level. Fed up with the time and frustrations it took to create a proper proposal, he decided to “scratch his own itch” and create a solution that not only simplifies the process but also enhances the overall quality and impact of proposals. His personal experience and goal-oriented approach ensure that Offorte is constantly evolving, leading the way and exceeding customer expectations.
