Change PDF letterhead

When you view a Paper proposal as a PDF, a PDF of your corporate identity is shown in the background. To change it, go to settings => appearance. Select the template you want to edit here.

Under the heading "Pdf" you have the option to change the pdf's background. Here you can upload a PDF of your stationery. Make sure that the PDF is not too heavy in terms of file size and has the correct format (A4).

Because the magazine layout is more dynamic, it does not have the option to set a pdf as background for the print (pdf) view.
